NEVER AGAIN : $AVE YOUR TIME :WORST SERVICE EVER 1/22/2020

Purchased several vehicles from this dealership , then when it came time to service them , it was like bringing your vehicle to a Toy Repair Shop. Actually probably could have received better service from an Alley Mechanic ! The service writer did kept saying " We cannot duplicate the problem " Next time make it easy and just record a message "" Cannot Duplicate "D" Problem "" It would b faster ... Do not waste your time. They will take your money and then not service the vehicle correctly . This dealership should not even have a license at this point .A dealership like this makes a bad name for Jeep , Dodge etc. more

Tyson has great service and a friendly staff. I have recommended them to friends and family and will continue.I got a very fair price for the truck I was buying and was offered more than I expected for my trade.I'm very happy with my truck and with my experience at Tyson. more
