Review content:
Brian from Handyman Matters of Columbia, Southern Montgomery County and Baltimore was very professional. However, he was not as flexible with his hours as I wished he'd been. I wanted him to be able and available to start and finish the work on the weekend, when I could be there. He wanted to start on the weekend and finish up during the week. I just wasn't comfortable with that.

Dear Mr. Bonds,
Thank you very much for the review. I am very sorry that we were not able to service you on the weekend. Our normal hours are Monday - Friday but we do try to fit clients in on the weekend as well.
Please give me a little notice and I am sure that I can get one of my Craftsmen to work a weekend for you in the near future.
