The first time I used Handyman Matters, I got great, prompt service from a skilled handyman. The second time I made an appointment, I requested the same handyman and was told he was no longer with the company. So they sent someone else, who wasn't able to finish the job because he needed more specialized tools. So we scheduled a second session - which he didn't make. He called 6 hours later and explained there had been an emergency, and could we please reschedule. So I called the office and rescheduled...and no one ever showed up, or called or anything. So I took off work for 3 separate days for nothing. Needless to say, I am not recommending this service. RESPONSE FROM Handyman Matters Inc: Dear Kathy, I am very sorry to hear that we let you down! I really appreciate your feedback and I will investigate our communication processes to ensure that things like this don't happen again. Our goal is to make the home improvement process easy on the homeowner. I am not sure where how we dropped the ball and we are very sorry! Please give me a call when you get a chance so that I can try to make this up to you! Respectfully, Brian
