If you ever want to see your appliance again do not bring it to Commack Turnpike Service. They do not answer or return calls, they were nasty when I dropped off my dyson vaccum and it has been over one month with no end in sight. Shame on dyson for using them as there warranty repair shop without checking out the reviews. When I complained to dyson and they called to see what was going on he was nasty to the dyson representative and eventually hung up on her. So save yourself the headaches and bring your appliance elsewhere.
