Review content:
I've been bringing my cats here since about 1998. We've had nothing but good experiences with Dr. Mitchell, and have found the front desk people and the techs very helpful! Linda can have a gruff exterior, but it is clear she really cares, and Ben may be the best tech on the planet. We do feel Dr. Mitchell is better with cats than Dr. Sallen, but she's a cat person herself and understands them well. She is kind and her diagnostic skills are well above average. We have worked with her through everything from routine care to IBD to chronic kidney failure to hyperthyroidism to rodent ulcers to... you name it.
I don't know where these complaints about not walking the boarded animals come from, but I have seen the staff out walking dogs, so I'm pretty sure it's not true!
Pros: Excellent care, nice people
Cons: Not cheap
