Review content:
Mark was on time and cheerful. I was disappointed in that 2 of the new water shut off valves failed so quality control was below average. This led to more splicing of the copper lines than I was expecting.
RESPONSE FROM Norblom Plumbing:
Thanks for the review Bob! We apologize for the two leaking valves. Our supplier had a bad batch and several got mixed into out inventory. It was difficult to tell which were bad and which were good. The good news is that we recognized this onsite before leaving so our quality control was actually very good. Thanks again for using Norblom Plumbing!
