I want to tell you about my experience with Chuck Mercier's Union 76 service station in Burbank, CA. I have this beautiful, black 2003, 330I BMW. I was not getting good service at Century West BMW so I gave Chuck's 76 a try. First, complete brakes & drums and sensors. The technician was a man named Art. Let me tell you.. the best I have ever come across in my 61 years. Awesome, great person and integrity. Did I tell you an incredible technician? The manager of Chuck's 76 station is Garry Pack, an honest, straight forward man with an extremely high level of integrity. There are also 3 more of the top mechanics and also human beings I have come across in my life. I know when I feel comfortable giving my valued car to have work done at Chuck's 76 station that the work will be done right the first time and the bill will reflect an honest value and the job at hand completed.
