Dr. Waisman is an excellent dermatologist I highly recommend her to anyone experiencing skin problems esp. acne. She really listens to you and takes plenty of time with you even if shes busy. She is also very skilled, she has done 2 procedures on my face (acne surgery, and 10 steriod injections) both have turned out great. I've had so many derms that don't care and trivialize my problem but Dr. Waisman isn't like this so I actually feel like I've been helped after my appointments. She doen't take insurance though an average visit is $115 plus procedures but its well worth it in my opinion. Think of it this way: you can pay $30-50 a visit for a derm on your insurance and recieve substandard treatment or you can pay a little more and get someone who cares for you and really wants you to get better. Pros: GREAT derm and staff
