I have been down here in S FLA all my life and have been to many a fly by night seafood bars and grilles... with the fryer going full blast... bubbling a piece of cod to throw over a batch of fries... and the wings flying by even faster.. The Pirate Republic Bar Seafood and Grill is not one of those places.\r

I was amazed just how incredible the seafood was.. and everything else the group I was with ordered. Hands down the best seafood in Ft Lauderdale!!! Its like eating at a gourmet restaurant... that you can were flip flops to. I was so impressed I took a friend there to sample their steaks... and i have to tell you it was cooked perfectly.\r

Of course they have burgers and wings as well... I don't imagine you can have a bar with live music and not serve those... my friend ordered the Kobe Beef Burger and suggested I eat one for lunch.. and I did... today!! Amazing.
