Review content:
I had an awful experience with Bruce's Carpets and Flooring. They did an OK job of installing the floor, but later, when the floor got scratched (it was guaranteed not to), they advised me to put down a sealer. I did, and it ruined the floor. The company that made the floor compensated me in full for the cost of the floor, but Bruce's refused to compensate me in any way for the damage that was done subsequent to their bad advice. I would have settled for a 10% discount on installation! Bruce's daughter (the manager) was extreme defensive and rude. If you don't want a headache, don't go to Bruce's!
