Wonderful Help!!!! 10/6/2011

I experienced wonderful customer service. I have nothing but great things to say about Bruce's carpet and flooring! Not only did I receive exceptional customer service from everyone from the manager (Bruce's daughter Lynn) to the installers, but they also gave great advice when picking out the flooring (from helping with type, style and color!) for my home. I will absolutely do business with them again! more

Terrible customer service 11/1/2010

I had an awful experience with Bruce's Carpets and Flooring. They did an OK job of installing the floor, but later, when the floor got scratched (it was guaranteed not to), they advised me to put down a sealer. I did, and it ruined the floor. The company that made the floor compensated me in full for the cost of the floor, but Bruce's refused to compensate me in any way for the damage that was done subsequent to their bad advice. I would have settled for a 10% discount on installation! Bruce's daughter (the manager) was extreme defensive and rude. If you don't want a headache, don't go to Bruce's! more

Poor customer service 9/28/2009

We had Bruce's install carpeting in our bedrooms. In the master bedroom there was a seam that looked terrible. They did offer to fix the mistake but it was difficult to get them back to our home. Bruce's daughter was very difficult to deal with and very unprofessional. We are getting ready to buy a new home and will need new carpeting. I was looking for a carpet store and stumbled across Bruce's and thought I would let them know that their poor customer service cost them our business. Cons: Difficult to deal with more

Where to go for floors 12/22/2008

Bruce's put in our hardwoods and were extremely efficient. From the time I decided we were putting them in our home they were very efficient and expedient. They allowed us to do some of the prep work on our own to save money and were always honest with us and had a very professional staff. Approximately 15 other folks in my neighborhood have used them and never had a negative comment to add. more
