Review content:
I am a beginner with no training experience, I have been a fan of the UFC for a while and appreciate the sport of mma. I did a Muay Thai trial lesson with Kru John Allan and a fighter who works there. Kru (teacher in Muay Thai) is a really interesting guy with tons of wisdom and great technique gained from years of training and studying muay thai, the session was difficult but the work out was the best I have ever had. I left with some grasp of a few basic skills and I was exhausted. The rates are really competitive with health clubs in Boston. For similar priced gyms you can get tons of flat screen TVs and treadmills but no instruction, help, or motivation. In one class at Wai Kru I was pushed physically by great instructors and shown new skills. Worth the visit and I was impressed enough to sign up. Pros: Facility, Safe, Clean, Instructors A++, Fun, Cons: no showers but I was told they are coming very soon
