Review content:
My husband and I received a gift card for this restaurant and had visited once and loved it. Their food was great, so we thought we'd have another night out. We order a pizza to share between us and our daughter. After waiting for over 20 minutes after ordering, the waitress came and asked which type pizza we ordered. She wouldn't admit it, but it seemed she got the order wrong and they were going to have to start over. She came back 10 minutes later and asked what size. We were very frustrated and hungry by this point and trying to appease our daughter who was very hungry and getting close to bedtime. The waitress did fill our waters once, but never offered more bread or admitted what was really happening. She kept saying It will be out in 2 minutes, I promise. We kept seeing her walk around, but she did not come back to our table. My husband checked his watch once more and we had been there for an hour with no sign of food! We just got up and left. It was a terrible experience. We love Italian and last time their food was great. We could have been regular customers, but now we will not be dining there again!
Cons: Never got our food!
