WE TALKED TO THEM (3 TIMES) ABOUT MOVING A HEAVY OBJECT THAT NEEDED A FORKLIFT TO GET IT ON AND OFF THE MOVING TRUCK. EACH TIME THEY SAID NO PROBLEM AND GAVE US THE SAME QUOTE. THEY SHOWED UP THE DAY BEFORE THE SCHEDULED MOVING DAY WITH A BUNCH OF GUYS AND WERE UNHAPPY THAT WE HADN'T FINISHED PREPARING IT FOR MOVING (NEEDED TO BE CRATED). WE WERE CRATING IT AND WOULD HAVE BEEN READY FOR THE AGREED DATE. THEN THEY TOLD US THEY WOULD NEED A FORKLIFT BECAUSE THE PIECE WAS TOO HEAVY TO LIFT MANUALLY (IF IT HADN'T BEEN SO HEAVY WE WOULD HAVE MOVED IT OURSELVES) AND WE NEEDED TO PAY THEM AN EXTRA $600. REALLY MESSED US UP
BECAUSE WE NEEDED TO MOVE IT THE DAY WE SCHEDULED IT.
