My mother was at Nazareth Living Center for six-and-a-half years and I have absolutely no complaints about them. They were very good. I felt the security was good. My mother had some mental issues and they made sure she saw the proper doctor and got her medicine all worked out. When she was on the right medication, she was like a new person.
They went the extra mile for her, were very caring and empathetic. While my mother was declining at the end, they were helpful with the family through the funeral. Any time I called the nurses or staff, they promptly returned my calls. I had a feeling of total security and that they understood the situation and would take care of my mother. The care is excellent and the concerned they show for their patients and their family can't be beat.
