Review content:
Ryan Lugbauer handled my original mortgage at the end of the year in 2010. It was at his urging that I refinance 4 months ago. In both of those situations, Ryan was very good at explaining things. He was very good about deadlines and staying on top of stuff. He got back to me quickly, and he put things in a way that was easy to understand. I had a lot of trust in him, and he did a good job.
