We have dealt with Ryan at Guarantee Mortgage, for two transactions. The first was our home purchase, which went smoothly and turned out perfectly. The most recent is our home refinancing, where Ryan proved to be an asset in a difficult situation. During the process of refinancing our home, there were some complications. The San Francisco tax collection office had assessed the property tax incorrectly, apparently due to our home being a new structure. We had to pay a large sum of money in order to proceed with our refinancing process. At the time this difficult situation arose, Ryan was on vacation. He actually interrupted his vacation repeatedly, to make sure everything was taken care of, to the point that everything ended up working out and being ready in a timely manner.
