Wow, what a great all around company. I experienced excellent customer service from the moment Jody answered the phone to when Victor arrived at our house to provide service. From my initial phone call I was treated with such respect and I felt like everyone really cared about our issue and wanted to help. You really listened to my concerns...not just tried to sell me a package. I had called several pest control companies before I called Pratt. After a few minutes on the phone with Jody I knew I was going to have Pratt help us with our carpenter ants. I was not disappointed at all when Victor arrived. He provided that same excellent customer service I had come to expect from working with Jody. He was on time, friendly, knowledgeable and made sure I understood what he was doing and why. Pratt will be the ONLY pest control company I will call for service in the future. When you call Pratt, it is like calling family! THANK YOU. I did not realize companies like yours still existed.
