Pratt pest Mgt is very reliable and very thorough. They give a personal phone call when they would like to go inside your house so you are home. They present all of the options for pest control keeping the customer's needs in mind. The servicemen are kind and timely. I would highly recommend them! more

Pratt Pest Management perform pest control on a quarterly basis. They are always timely and go when they say they're going to go. I haven't had any pest problems since I started the treatments. I wasn't at the house one time and there was an issue with the heat pump smoking. When the technician got in touch with my wife, he said he wouldn't leave until the issue was resolved and I think that really goes above and beyond the call of duty. He probably saved a fire! They do more than just pest control. They really take care of things. more

Surpasses our expectations of a Pest Control Company! 1/19/2014

After using Pest Inspectors for over 15 years in Real Estate, I've dealt with quite a few and Pratt is the best, in my opinion. They are professional, but yet as caring as close family. Thank you, everyone! more

Amazing service- in the office & in the field 12/23/2013

We have been serviced by Pratt for years. First for carpenter ants, then for rats and spiders. It was their thorough inspection of our attic that first alerted us to a leaky roof. Each on site provider has answered our questions, been polite and respected our desire to keep our vegetable garden chemical free. We would highly recommend them, and have repeatedly! more

Fast Service Rid Us of Rats in Garage 12/17/2013

We discovered rodents had gotten into our detached-garage insulation. Pratt was out the next day -- cleaned up, set traps and told us where [and how] to block the small hole they squeezed through. We also use them for regular maintenance and the lawn care, which has revitalized our straggly lawn. more

Great service for 14 years! 12/9/2013

Soon after we moved into our new home in 1999, we realized our house was in the path of migrating carpenter ants. Yikes! They were all over, inside the house and outside--even in our camper!. In a panic, we called Pratt Pest and they took care of the problem, promptly and thoroughly. Since then we've had Pratt Pest come out on a quarterly scheduled basis to ensure we have no unwanted critters. We've also enjoyed Dana's informative newsletters. All in all, a great company with professional personnel. more

Pratt is thorough. 12/4/2013

Pratt has been servicing our house and rentals for around five years. We used to have a different company attempt to do what Pratt does but we still had problems. When we contacted Pratt, they identified problem areas (which the other company didn't seem to notice) and took steps exclude the intrusions. They are not afraid of inspecting under the house (which they do on at least a yearly basis) and have a regular scheduled service for the problems you can expect for that time of year. What really impresses me is that they are a can do type of people. You see mice droppings, ants, spiders, even woodpeckers - give them a call and they'll have a solution, not next week or month, but right away. I feel fortunate I have them on my side! more

Have used Pratt Pest for 11 years plus 12/3/2013

We started using Pratt Pest's service over 11 years ago when our house was built. They perform service 4 times a year spraying outdoors and once a year do an attic check. We have never even seen 1 spider or other pest in the house, which we attribute to their regular service calls. more

Great company, great service 12/2/2013

When we discovered carpenter ants, we called Pratt Pest, and it was a true pleasure dealing with the staff. The service was exemplary, Anthony was prompt, tidy and knowledgeable, and the problem was solved in no time. My husband is one of those people that is afraid of spiders, so having the continuing service has made my life so much easier. No more screams of terror or broken furniture from attempts to stomp the little buggers. I couldn't be happier with the job that Pratt Pest does for me and my family! more
