Wonderful, Wonderful, Wonderful!!!\r
As you can see, I think the utmost of Trebach Realty. They are a Wonderful family owned business. My Parents used their firm years ago to buy their house in Riverdale and now 41 years later my husband and I just bought our 1st house from them.\r

I grew up on Palisade Avenue and my husband grew up on St. Nicholas Avenue in Washington Heights. We have been renting in Manhattan for past 9 years together. So, although we both knew Riverdale, it was still a big move for us to move back up as established professional adults with 1 child and another on the way.\r

When we walked into Trebach Realty's office, we felt like we were in the Trebach Family's living room. We were nervous and they practically held our hand the whole way through. They were professional, courteous, knowledgeable and most of all, incredibly patient. Let me just add one very important point. We told them what we wanted and that's what they showed us. We have very busy schedules and we need to maximize each appointment with them. Mission accomplished!\r

They get 5 Stars from me and highly recommend them to anyone looking for Real Estate in the Riverdale Area. \r
