Sean Trebach is a solid guy, straight shooter and extremely flexible with showing times. I am currently sitting in my new FABULOUS apt in Riverdale that I got BECAUSE of Sean. This guy was great. He went above and beyond to help me find a place and actually got me into something that was way better than I thought I could get for CHEAPER than I was willing to pay. I didn't get the first apartment that I was looking for but Sean got me into something that worked even better. He was prompt in returning all of my calls and texts. If I ever decide to move to a larger space, I'm calling Sean Trebach! more

Wonderful, Wonderful, Wonderful!!!\r As you can see, I think the utmost of Trebach Realty. They are a Wonderful family owned business. My Parents used their firm years ago to buy their house in Riverdale and now 41 years later my husband and I just bought our 1st house from them.\r \r I grew up on Palisade Avenue and my husband grew up on St. Nicholas Avenue in Washington Heights. We have been renting in Manhattan for past 9 years together. So, although we both knew Riverdale, it was still a big move for us to move back up as established professional adults with 1 child and another on the way.\r \r When we walked into Trebach Realty's office, we felt like we were in the Trebach Family's living room. We were nervous and they practically held our hand the whole way through. They were professional, courteous, knowledgeable and most of all, incredibly patient. Let me just add one very important point. We told them what we wanted and that's what they showed us. We have very busy schedules and we need to maximize each appointment with them. Initially upon making my move to Riverdale, I did extensive research on the area and varying brokerage firms which offered listings exclusive to Riverdale. I came across Trebach through this research and was impressed but not amazed; intimdating but still welcoming. After my initial consultation with Pamela, we visited several apartments which fit my circumstances. I have four sisters and talking to Pamela was like talking to my sister. After, speaking with another broker about there offerings and experiencing the pushy attitude I realized that Pamela's welcoming attitude and personality was the right fit for me. My initial fears were totally unfounded. My experience with this brokerage firm was professional, warm and inviting. As a person of mixed heritage and having a fiance from West Africa, I never feltl as if we were treated any differently because of our ethnicities. Pamela, used MY criterias to find the apartments we looked into. She even introduced me to an area I thought was out of my realm. Ironically, this is where I settled. I am very happy to have worked with this firm and would HIGHLY recommend their services to any family member or friend. more
