My fiance and I are pretty picky about food...especially sushi, and we honestly thought that Katsuya's sushi was the best we'd ever had! \r

The staff was friendly, we didn't have to wait two hours for a table, the environment was welcoming instead of pretentious, and the restaurant was clean! \r
\r
I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who likes Sushi Den...Katsuya is far better!!!
Pros: Great food and great service!
Cons: Some may not like that it's not located in Denver...it's worth the drive though!
