Ken did a great job inspecting the house we're purchasing. We paid close attention during his entire inspection, and saw that he was very thorough, methodical and knowledgable. He answered all the questions we had about issues we had noticed, and was open to expanding his inspection to address all of our concerns. We especially appreciate his detailed report, which is more direct and readble than others we have seen. Our realtor complimented us on our choice of Portico Home Inspections, and says that she will recommend him in the future, as will we!
