I thought I would add some context to the discussion on this medical group. First everyone can have bad days - other things happening that affect their life, pre-occupation. Sometimes people have a connection with a doctor they enjoy. I believe most family physicians if they are getting into an area that is not their expertise - they refer out - is the correct protocol. I have had people come into my place of business and have some people complain about a physician and others that swear that they are the best physician on earth. Sometimes it is chemistry.\r \r I was a patient of Dr. Cruz which I enjoyed and I was then transferred to Dr. Karr as she left. My first encounter was strange. Perhaps we were both new to each other. I would have classified her as indifferent in our first encounter ( Bet you she thought the same). However, Having gone back to her for a physical a year later - I found her very informative - concerned over my health and what restrictions I may have in my life and willing to discuss items I wanted to discuss ( I did come prepared with a list and she spent the time with me). She was very pleasant and warm in her approach. Perhaps we met that comfort level with each other. The nurses were very helpful. \r \r I cannot talk about the other physicians since I have not had an encounter. I would say it is difficult to get into see them at times.\r Pros: Have lab and xray on site
