My husband was murdered this past year in Belville, NJ. He was murdered by a crazy off duty co-worker while he was working as a mechanic. The Essex County prosecutor's are great and are handling him and I know he is going to spend time in jail. It was SO hard for me and my family and he took charge when two other lawyers said because we had no life insurance there was nothing they could do. He was paid off the books with no workers compensation insurance. Sean Branigan & Associates took our case and got us $20,000 in victim money (VCCB) right off the bat. He also advised me and my family that we can get money from workers comp despite my husband's employer NOT having it. There is a special uninsured workers comp fund. We are getting more soon.
