im only giving them a one star rating because i have too to post this.if it was up to me i would not even give that! i am posting this because i want people to beware of them lieing.the other reviews are correct.not enough ink to say what happened to us.seriously go elsewhere.non proffesional and they only have bigger fish to fry.they do not communicate with you at all if you dont follow up with them.we wasted almost 2 years when come to find out our case was closed after two months.no one told us this so we continued to wait.save your money.the good old i told you so.they have people that do not know what they are doing there and very disorganized.every time you call, you speak to a different person and you keep retelling your story over and over.meanwhile like the other person said,they are probably grads that do not know what they are doing.this is putting it lightly.too bad i cannot fully explain.i just might consider bringing this to the news.good luck
