Review content:
From the initial contact by the salesperson to the final conference with the crew boss, my experience was exemplary. The arborist reviewed the trees I thought may need some work. She explained which trees should be worked on and those that did not need any work at this time. The estimate was reasonable and detailed the work to be done. She checked with the office and found that a crew would be available the next day, mid-day. Since I was to be home that day, I agreed. The crew arrived on time, discussed the work to be done, even though it was detailed in the estimate, and proceeded to structure prune where necessary and cut down another bush as I requested. The clean up was thorough. The crew was friendly and responded to my questions and requests positively. I was impressed with the conferencing of the crew with the crew boss and one another to make sure the tree worked upon was perfect. I will call them again when the need arises.
