Review content:
office staff are very rude and and act like they are doing you a favor or you are bothering them.Don't get me wrong there is one receptionist that is very nice but one out of three is not good. And the appointment desk is a joke I asked for my blood work order and she didn't take her eyes off of her ""art"" work on a folder, asked me my name looked for the order and said it wasn't there.Of course it was found by the doctors assistant. The doctors are very good but I don't think it is worth going through the front desk's rudeness.I feel they need to go through a refresher course on why they are there. If they are so unhappy in their profession they need to move on.This goes for the office manager also I called her to complain,it was difficult to get a word in she was very defensive about the staff.Maybe I should talk to the doctors directly or the medical board.Either way I will be moving to another doctor.good luck.
