Review content:
This is like no other yoga I've done before. As a result of attending Dahn Yoga and Healing classes I am now peaceful, healthy, centered, much more loving and happier, happier, happier! But the biggest thing , actually, is that through attending classes regularly and being guided by the staff there, I have really found my purpose in life. No kidding. This is because as I healed myself in class, and really got to know my body, all the distractions in my life have gotten quieter, and my real self has gotten louder and easier to listen to. It's like a breath of fresh air for my life. Thank you so much!!
