My experience at the Dahn Yoga & Healing Center has been one of more than just yoga classes and a good , refreshing workout. It has been a deeply healing experience which has allowed me to wake up all the sensitivities of my body and mind. Through this process I have learned much about myself, how to heal, how to manage the stresses of life and how to create a healthy future for myself on all levels of health and happiness. I have truly found here what I could not seem to find anywhere else, as much as I searched for it. That finding has simply been myself, what I had been missing all along, and it has been a deeply healing, peaceful and joyful experience. I am very grateful to Dahn Yoga & Healing. Thank You.
