Review content:
First off, I was seen quickly when the ER doctor sent me there. However, on my follow up appt at the Mt. Pleasant office, I had a 9am appt, and was not even taken back to be seen until 11am, and even then I continued to wait, not leaving the office until noon! On my final appt, I had an 8am appt in Wilkensburg. They called to confirm on Sunday for the Tuesday appt. I arrived at 8am to a closed office. The answer machine said they open at 8am, I left a message. I then called Mt Pleasant office, which was open, and confirmed the Wilkensburg office was to be open at 8am. At 822, after standing in the rain for almost 30 minutes, I left another message on the answer machine, and then went to work. Haven't heard from them since - needless to say, I'll find another opthomologist to follow up with!
Pros: referred to be ER doctor
Cons: wait time!
