Overall the flooring looks great. We recarpeted and tiled most of our house.
Things weren't left as clean as we would have liked. Dust covered everything which we expected, but the tile floors were only barely wiped at. It wouldn't have taken much longer to clean them correctly and I had to go throughout the house wiping up smudges from the grout.
I think some of the workers may have been young as well because there were some fairly inconsequential issues - multiple dings in our freshly painted trim and a random nail left sticking up in the threshold of one doorway.
