My first experience with Dungan Floors was 9 years ago to make my drapes for my home. The experience at that time was excellent. Timelines were met and I was kept well informed of the progress. Now I have used them again for carpet and different drapes and once again, I was very pleased with the customer service and very much surprised that they still had my old information. From the profession staff at the store, Judy, Lou and Lennie, to the installers, I was very satisfied with Dungan Floors.
