Beware of Family Carpet Cleaning and Repair's I used to work for them and this is what they don't want you to know !!
Owner's Richard Lance Smith and Cristina Smith lie about everything ! They are not Insured , Bonded , or Certified !
They tell you that they use a Non - Residue Proteine Enzyme in fact common Dish Soap then they say Sanitizer/ Deoderizer in fact Winter green Alcohol from dollar store they tell you Teflon/ Scotch Gaurd in fact Basic Tap Water !!!
They tell you that there are no felons involved with there Company in fact Richard Lance Smith Heroin addict , Conartist, Theive is in the Boone County , Ky Jail!! They tell you a cheap price to get in your home when done hand you an out ragious Bill called "" Breaking it off !!!"" Just check with the BBB on them ! THey have even knowingly hired a registered sex offender named Justin Kankis who sexually assaulted his baby toddler sister !!! Ask the Elsmere , Ky Police Dept. They have stolen money,jewlery, pill's and any thing else of value they could take just ask Cincinnatti , Oh Police Norwood , Oh Police , Westchester , Oh Police and the Hamilton Couty Sheriff's Dept. All Fact's are True not slander !!! So don't get Taken by the Cleaner's !!!
