I went to this pawn shop about a week ago because it was on the way home. I was not impressed. The woman I went to was extremely rude and really tried to rip me off. I'm aware that you only get 10 to 15 percent for a loan at the most but this woman tried to tell me my 200 dollar item was only worth 50 dollars and that she only could give me ten dollars for my item. I didn't even object I just told her what I paid for it and she said, ""Well, you got ripped off. I know what I'm talking about."" In a grossly bad mannered tone. She didn't, she was wrong, and when she looked up my item on Amazon and seen that she was wrong she then told me that SuperPawn gives you 10 percent of the lowest USED price for the item, ""on Amazon not Ebay."" Fine. But she could have told me that without the attitude. Even the clerk that I actually went to in the first place looked at her like, ""Wow."" I don't know if she had a bad day or what but her attitude was unnecessary and unwarranted. I took my item elsewhere and got what I was asking. I will not be going back to this company, period.
