Super Pawn

SuperPawn needs to give better and more fair going rates for the good merchandise people do bring in to their store's.. Because using Amazon as a going market value is unrealistic in today's market because most of the time Amazon is either out of stock on the popular items they advertise, or they have or the item seriously back ordered because it's not in stock at all... SuperPawn should consider good selling popular items everybody is looking for. And yes this should be taken into consideration when someone brings these good selling item's into a SuperPawn for a quick and fair loan because time after time we go into a SuperPawn and we get a weakest offer ever heard of, and most of the time with a attitude to boot, then the SuperPawn customer service rep watches as we all just mach over to EZ PAWN and get a more realistic better loan for our item's with better customer service and more fair rate... Don't you guy's see already that most SuperPawn's overly priced items sit on their shelves for months with stores empty of customers inside because people who want to buy and sell or pawn items are getting wise to SuperPawns weak offers and so we all just go down the street to EZ PAWN for a far better deal without the attitudes !.... And thus I do wish I was the SuperPawn district manager here because I would surely change things for the better here in the Nevada area SuperPawn Stores for sure. But in the meantime and just to save time, these days when I want to pawn something for a quick loan I simply pass up SuperPavns empty parking lot and I proceed on to EZ PAWN instead, where I'm treated right the first time! more

I went to this pawn shop about a week ago because it was on the way home. I was not impressed. The woman I went to was extremely rude and really tried to rip me off. I'm aware that you only get 10 to 15 percent for a loan at the most but this woman tried to tell me my 200 dollar item was only worth 50 dollars and that she only could give me ten dollars for my item. I didn't even object I just told her what I paid for it and she said, ""Well, you got ripped off. I know what I'm talking about."" In a grossly bad mannered tone. She didn't, she was wrong, and when she looked up my item on Amazon and seen that she was wrong she then told me that SuperPawn gives you 10 percent of the lowest USED price for the item, ""on Amazon not Ebay."" Fine. But she could have told me that without the attitude. Even the clerk that I actually went to in the first place looked at her like, ""Wow."" I don't know if she had a bad day or what but her attitude was unnecessary and unwarranted. I took my item elsewhere and got what I was asking. I will not be going back to this company, period. more

It's the cleanest kept store Ive seen for most of them. Sometimes the employees want to help you and other times they are busy with their own gossiping and business. If you don't like paing for over priced jewelry this is a good place to go, although you need to look at the jewelry closely because many have imperfections. I have gotten some really great deals on jewelry especially it seems the more you buy the better deal you get. Even if you are buying only only place, strike for another deal, because more than likely you will get a better price. I don't care for trading in my jewelry their as I find the prices for doing so stink. Have gotten better deals elsewhere. more

The rates here are good for payday and title loans. They are very helpful. The prices on the for sale inventory are pretty good. They test everything they take in so most everything should work. Keep up the great work! more

There are a lot of Super Pawns throughout Las Vegas and they're all pretty much the same. Don't bother going into one to browse and shop. Go to their website first at www.superpawn.com. Browse there, find what you need, order it online and pick it up from one of the locations. They have more inventory on line and the prices are cheaper. Pay close attention to the return policy. The quality descriptions aren't dead on so expect the worst and bring batteries or a multiplug power supply to test before you leave. I've found the staff to be very helpful in every Super Pawn I've visited. PROS: Sometimes more interesting inventory than Ebay CONS: Quality is sketchy and you need to do your homework before buying. more
