Review content:
Sometimes these websites can be very unfair.
In Nov 2008 our office responded to poor ratings and comments from a past disgruntled employee.
After review of our ratings we noticed on Mar 21,2010 1concerncedcitizen there was another poor review and we wish to comment:
This patient had symptoms that the doctor felt were a result of a large mass in the patient's neck. The patient did not have insurance but was advised that bloodwork could help in the diagnosis of the patient's problem. The patient hesitant to have any treatment because the patient only believed in alternative medicine did finally agree to and signed for lab work. After the patient's blood was drawn and sent to the lab the patient called the office and said ""I will go to a doctor that can diagnose by all 12 pulses"" and that ""traditional medical doctors do not understand my condition"". The patient requested that we not charge for lab work that was already completed and refused to pay for the visit because the patient didn't agree with the physician. Our office acted in good faith and never diagnosed this patient since no opportunity was given to do so. We wish this patient well and hope the patient finds the medical care they need.
Please consider looking at other websites for patient comments that may be more useful.
