This Pet Hotel is FABULOUS! I can not say enough about the facility and staff- first, you are welcomed by the warm receptionist in the spa-like office, with tranquil music and fountains, where they obtain your pet's information as well as your contact numbers. Then, after taking back our two cats and 3 dogs, they allowed us to come back and see where our babies were. I was absolutely amazed by the gorgeous and SPOTLESSLY clean facility! It makes me feel so comforted after seeing how well they take care of their facility, as well as the LARGE number of staff that were taking care of the many animals! I was amazed by the wonderful hotel, hand painted suites, and manors-- which include: bunk beds, massage room and flat screen tv's-- oh, as well as individual balconies! Unreal! The most amazing part was the PETS only pool! There were 2 labs swimming in the pool, and the lifeguards were closely watching on the steps to the 3 1/2 ft. deep pool! This truly is the Ritz- for animals of all kinds. When picking up, our animals literally were wanting to stay :-) They can't wait to visit... WE ARE LOYAL CUSTOMERS TO WILLIAMSBURG! Ps- the owner lives in the house connected to the kennel.. and he is SO wonderful! He will help every individual customer and cares about his furry clients as well as us, humans: )
