Businiess name:  Bragg Plumbing & Heating

Review content:
When my water heater started leaking, I called Bragg plumbing because they are local to Sonoma County and I much prefer to use local service providers to the Big Box stores. However, when the estimate to replace the heater and remove the old one came to $2040, I was shocked! I paid the $49 fee for the estimate (ouch!) and sent the Bragg representative on his way. Lowe's is doing the job for $1,194. RESPONSE FROM Bragg Plumbing: Sorry that you were not happy with our estimate. I will refund your $49 fee. Please note that the water heater price quoted was higher than normal because of required code work and the water heater was a non standard size which costs more for us to acquire. Please give me a call if you have questions. John
