We were so pleased with Rocco's service. He is knowledgable, friendly, hard-working and trustworthy. My husband and I felt that we were getting the best deal he could find us. We had to come in late in the evening and we were both tired and he made the whole experience pleasant. But it was more than just that, I felt that he was trying to get for us exactly what we wanted at the best price and financing that he could. It may be a bit corny but it felt as if we ""had a friend in the auto business"" I will tell everyone that I know to shop there because of our experience. He is really a gem, we've been looking for a truck for a few weeks and we had been solicited by many other car dealers and I am so glad we chose to work with Rocco. \r
Also the man in the finance department, Javier was his name I think, was very efficient and got us through all the paperwork quickly. Overall I could not be more pleased with our experience at Team Superstore and with Rocco's service.
