They do not come any better than Dr. Cottrell. Vet tech, Josh, is amazing. He met us after hours & stayed all weekend long working on one of our dogs. We have had many, many experiences @ Copeland Veterinary Hospital including regular visits, surgeries, & emergency after hours visits. This is the ONLY place I would ever trust with our dogs. We have 9 dogs of our own & also own & operate Crazy Lady's Luv-A-Bull rescue & would never go anywhere else. We had an emergency situation with someone else's dog here @ our home. I had Dr. Cottrell on the phone & already in the office waiting on us when the owner of the other dog showed up & had already made arrangements to take our dog to the closest vet, Upper Cumberland Veterinary in Crossville, TN. He felt our dog might not make it all the way to Cookeville & against my wishes he rushed our dog to Upper Cumberland Vet where the vet had said he would be there in 15mins. After MULTIPLE paniced calls to Upper Cumberland Veterinary our dog died in our hands in the parking lot almost 2hrs later & the vet had still NOT even shown up. NEVER EVER again will we let that happen. Copeland Veterinary has the most commassionate, caring employees you could ever ask for & always deliver TOP NOTCH care & treatment for your pet. Please don't even consider going anywhere else. They are the BEST!
