Review content:
Not sure about these guys -- sounded oh so re-assuring when we hired them. After move our front load washer began leaking from the underside, I called to find out ""if"" Sears finds it was damaged by the dolly during moving does their insurance cover it. I was told things like ""you'd have to prove we did it"" and ""our insurance only covers things like if we drop your tv or break something."" In just making an inquiry, got some serious attitude -- actually had to point out their sour attitude. At which time I was hung up on. Customer Service AFTER getting your cash NOT PROFESSIONAL. Probably would not do business with them again especially if this is how they act when you inquire on possible claim; how will they act if you actually have a claim? They owe me an apology for their rudeness-- won't hold my breath.
