From my first experience with Ben Franklin plumbing to my latest, I am constantly amazed at the level of detail, quality of work, respectfulness of the staff and focus on making sure the customer really is happy with their work. I have sung the praises of this company to all I know, it is hard to imagine such an organization still exists, it is like taking a trip back to the 50's you feel like your are in one of those black and white movies because you are treated like an important individual and your job is the only one that matters until it is done right. Outstanding!
