The customer service was excellent! A very busy atmosphere, but I was acknowledged the moment I came through the door. I received quick service for such a hectic business day, (the Thursday after Hurricane Sandy), and everything was explained thoroughly, professionally and courteously. The rental is reasonably priced and the vehicles are clean and smoke-free. I was so glad everyone was sold out, because I would have never gone looking and I would have never found Value Van & Car Rental. Thank you for your great customer appreciation and excellent customer service. You have a lifetime customer. :)
