Review content:
I went in for a brake pad change and walked out needing external body work!! Upon leaving I noticed my rear bumper was hanging and have a huge gap! When I spoke to the mechanic/manager they responded by telling me they hadn't noticed that it occurred nor HOW it happened. They eventual said they would work on the damage and asked me to leave it behind for the last closing hour. When I returned there was no apology nor was it the way I left it in their care. I am disgusted by the service and lack of professionalism, particularly when it comes to "getting a price." The worst thing is they were aware because it was closing time on a weekend and parked it in an empty lot away from all their other serviced/completed vehicles and angled where when walked through their shop to pick it up I would have never notices til it was too late to return with the issue at hand. Buyer beware on this place!
