I went in for a brake pad change and walked out needing external body work!! Upon leaving I noticed my rear bumper was hanging and have a huge gap! When I spoke to the mechanic/manager they responded by telling me they hadn't noticed that it occurred nor HOW it happened. They eventual said they would work on the damage and asked me to leave it behind for the last closing hour. When I returned there was no apology nor was it the way I left it in their care. I am disgusted by the service and lack of professionalism, particularly when it comes to "getting a price." The worst thing is they were aware because it was closing time on a weekend and parked it in an empty lot away from all their other serviced/completed vehicles and angled where when walked through their shop to pick it up I would have never notices til it was too late to return with the issue at hand. Buyer beware on this place! more

I recommend Gasca Auto Care to all my friends. Rolando, the owner, is very knowledgeable. When I was first introduced to him, he explained the problem with my car and he put me in the best position I could be in in terms of being aware of the problem and receiving a competitive price. He later did the same thing with my wife's truck. He takes the time to explain the problem and put his customers in the best position he can. I've been to a lot of mechanics and a visit is an in and out thing, where mechanics never take the time to explain what is wrong and what can be done. I have never had issues with their work or their warranty. His workers were also very courteous and professional when I went in to their office. Their attitudes made an impression on me, and I knew I would be doing business with them for a while. I can't say anything but good things about Gasca Auto Care. more
