I had to write this review when someone said the guacamole tasted like lard and was pureed really fine. I've eaten many times at this restaurant and ordered the guacamole many times. It's delicious. The main ingredients are avocado and lime with some spices. Served with pork cracklings and little tortillas it's fantastic. The huerache that they are known for is also delicious. I've tried several of them and like the pork ones the best. They also have fantastic margaritas and enough vegetarian entrees to satisfy any vegetarian friends. The ingredients always seem fresh, the service is generally excellent, and the price is good for the quality that you are getting. I highly recommend this restaurant. Also, they have a great weekend brunch.
