I've never taken time to write reviews about a company but this one deserves commenting! Mindzai was referred to my record label after another printer got us in a bind with a deadline for printing 1000 CD's w/ 6 page color insert, for our artist release concert. After contacting a half doz other printers, Mindzai was the only one who could guarantee the product would be ready by the deadline. The owner,\r
Scott Weatherwax, worked literally night and day, catching errors the other printer made, and going overboard to ensure the product would be ready. Our work ethic is one where we work all night 24/7 to get it done and when I realized Scott had the same work ethic I was confident the deadline would be met no matter what. I had no idea how right I would be and the measures he took to come thru for us! Not only did he meet the deadline, but when the factory didn't call with a ship/tracking number for 2 day ground, Scott kept calling until he reached the regional manager. When they hadn't shipped it, Scott asked me how many pieces did I need to get me thru the event. I said how many can I get, he said I'll pay for as many as you need overnighted even if it's all 1,000 CD's. I said 300! Mindzai paid for 300 CD's to be over nighted. To top it off, when the product arrived, The cover for the artwork was inverted and Scott stayed at his office thru the weekend to get the cover folded right for 300 CD's so that the presentation would be correct by the event, as well as the 700 others. Not only will I recommend Mindzai to anyone, I am eternally grateful they turned a problem another printer created into a miracle. The event was a success with a great looking professional product to sell! I can't say enough about Mindzai. Scott, Texie, the guys in graphics, all are great to work with and I will always be a customer!! We have never experienced this superior level of customer service from anyone and probably never will. I not only guarantee it but am willing to bet money on it!
