The employees at Mindzai are incredibly inept. I ordered business cards, with the clear message that I needed them by a specific date because I was going out of town. They assured me that they would be ready and that they would leave them in a mailbox, something that they alleged do on a regular basis. Not only did they not leave the cards in the box, but someone showed up late to work, and I had to leave for my flight -- without my business cards. After I left a message informing of their ineptitude, the manager treated me as if I didn't matter, saying I only ordered 100 cards. Bottom line: Don't rely on this incompetent company. more

I was referred by a friend and I couldn't have gotten a better choice. The service is great with fast turn-a-rounds....they've saved me several times. I am a super demanding person in all professional dealings. Mindzai has time and time again rushed orders, found orders that they DIDNT lose (thanks ups/fedex) for me and bailed me out. I am all for a business that makes you look GREAT! My medical business and my music business have projects done by Mindzai and they even nailed that. They are a solid, well-oiled machine! I had real good service with Mindzai. It was awhile before I actually business with them but every time I would call I received the same great service. They little lady was always willing to help and always advised me that they could get the job done whenever I was read. previous to making my first order I spoke with Scott, who I believe is the owner. He was very helpful and have me low prices. I called back to place my order and I spoke with Megga. He gave me advice on which way was the best way to submit my audio, provided me with turn around time. They have always went above and beyond for me. I don't know their names for nothing. With all things in a complete uproar, Scott and his staff brought us into the ""MINDZAI"" of the storm. They got our work done quickly, professionaly, and exceptionally. I've never taken time to write reviews about a company but this one deserves commenting! Mindzai was referred to my record label after another printer got us in a bind with a deadline for printing 1000 CD's w/ 6 page color insert, for our artist release concert. After contacting a half doz other printers, Mindzai was the only one who could guarantee the product would be ready by the deadline. The owner,\r Scott Weatherwax, worked literally night and day, catching errors the other printer made, and going overboard to ensure the product would be ready. Our work ethic is one where we work all night 24/7 to get it done and when I realized Scott had the same work ethic I was confident the deadline would be met no matter what. I had no idea how right I would be and the measures he took to come thru for us! Not only did he meet the deadline, but when the factory didn't call with a ship/tracking number for 2 day ground, Scott kept calling until he reached the regional manager. When they hadn't shipped it, Scott asked me how many pieces did I need to get me thru the event. I said how many can I get, he said I'll pay for as many as you need overnighted even if it's all 1,000 CD's. I said 300! Mindzai paid for 300 CD's to be over nighted. To top it off, when the product arrived, The cover for the artwork was inverted and Scott stayed at his office thru the weekend to get the cover folded right for 300 CD's so that the presentation would be correct by the event, as well as the 700 others. Not only will I recommend Mindzai to anyone, I am eternally grateful they turned a problem another printer created into a miracle. The event was a success with a great looking professional product to sell! I can't say enough about Mindzai. Scott, Texie, the guys in graphics, all are great to work with and I will always be a customer!! We have never experienced this superior level of customer service from anyone and probably never will. In my first experience with Mindzai, I was already behind deadline when I sent the design in, and I thought that there was no way that I could get the flyers printed in time for my event. I found a few companies that said same day service, but for 5000 flyers? I couldn't help but be a bit cynical. A close friend directed me toward Mindzai, and within hours of talking to Scott, not only had he taken more than 15% off the pricing, but had my flyers ready for pick up at the facility. I was estatic. When I went back the following month to get some posters printed, they took every step to make me feel comfortable while I waited. And when I say waited, I mean that I went in there with my flash drive, handed it over to Scott, and within minutes, he was handing me my 11*17 posters ready to go. It's like they can solve every promotions' headache I get. Since then, I have had nothing but great experiences with Mindzai. They really make you feel like family. And not the borrow your toothbrush kind of family either - the kind of family that understands and makes it a point to try and alleviate your stress. We've always a good working relationship with Mindzai. Our last with them was the Wyclef show and the Jonas Brothers show in January for the NHL All Star Game. Our client hadn't sent over the flyers/posters file in the correct format. They were too busy to get us the correct files so Mindzai's graphics department worked with us and cropped/adjusted everything to the right size, so that the job could get printed on time. Our client was happy that they didn't have to spend more time, we were happy because our client was happy. The materials looked great, and the Wyclef show sold out. Pros: You get that personal touch. Fast local printing. Cons: A little more expensive than some printers, but you don't get that personal touch with them. more

They work diligently, go beyond the call of duty, available at all times, return calls in a timely fashion, give breaks, and turn around time is immaculate, to say the least, and hand deliver the product! I now use Mindzai for all my flyer-printing. In my opinion, flyers are flyers. Where Mindzai wins is by providing personalized service and competitive pricing. Service: When you call Mindzai, the first person you talk to is either Scott (the owner), or Texie (his mom), it doesn't get more personal than that. Pricing: Very competitive, especially when you consider lack of shipping charges (if you are local to ATL). Speed: Scott usually has my flyers done before other spots would even get started. I have been a graphic designer for 8 years. When I moved to Atlanta and decided to pursue freelancing, one thing I had a hard time finding was a decent printing company. Luckily for me, I eventually stumbled upon Mindzai! Their quality of product is unbeatable. Whether it is business cards, fliers, posters, brochures, stickers.... whatever you need, they can do it and it is going to look better than anywhere else in the city! On top of that, their turnaround time is ridiculously fast. I cannot believe the number of times I have been on a deadline and needed something next day, only to find the owner, Scott, or his adorably sweet mother, Texie, calling me within hours of placing the order, same day, and telling me it is ready for pick up! Unbelievable! And as if that is not enough, the prices are insanely low. And both Scott and Texie make it a point to give discounts to people who work with them on a regular basis...Not only are their prices low, but Scott has many times called me after sending them an order, to tell me how we can get the job done CHEAPER, and more efficiently. He really knows his business inside and out, which is hard to find these days! When does a small business owner tell you the cheaper way to do things? But that is how he is and that is one of the many many reason I will always be a loyal customer! All and all, they do a magnificent job on all levels. Friendliness. Quality. Competitive Pricing. As a co-owner of an independent record label (RuffChild Ent.), i've done business with Mindzai for over three years. I would frequently call on them for cd production, graphic design and consultation, among other things. Several times, they've met very short timelines for me. I've had nothing but great experiences with them as a company. The quality of work is always excellent and the people are hard workers and very professional.
