Shane was great. He took the time to show me all of the options and discuss several different ways to go, from New to Used. I appreciate his great attitude and true concern. I know he was being truthful and upfront, as his every action and fact showed this. I have a son that is still in a car seat. He took the time to allow me to understand how they work in the different cars that I test drove, and he explained the safety features of each. When it comes to kids riding in cars, one of my most highest concerns is safety. Overall he worked with me for about 2 hours and not once, did I feel like I was being ""sold"" a car.
